The Ministry of Health confirmed the suspension of issuing paper vaccination certificates for children, and converting them to digital certificates, by booking an appointment through the application at the vaccination documentation clinic at the nearest healthcare center, or documenting vaccinations through Sehhaty application.
Once again, The Ministry called for the rapid Digital documentation of children paper vaccination certificates, to avoid losing them due to the mandatory link between completing vaccinations and the school fitness examination. This step also aims to enhance the health services provided to citizens within the digital health transformation and facilitate their review and reference at any time by booking at the vaccination documentation clinic or recording them through Sehhaty application.
The Ministry added that healthcare centers are still receiving citizens to document children's vaccinations at vaccination clinics daily in the morning and evening shifts, noting that more than 400,000 children have had their vaccinations documented electronically.
It is worth noting that "Sehhaty" is an application launched by the Ministry of Health to provide healthcare services to individuals in the Kingdom and allows the user to access health information and obtain a number of health services provided by various entities in the health sector.
