The Ministry of Health (MOH) has made it possible to reschedule and cancel appointments service at the primary healthcare centers via «Sehhaty» app.
According to MOH, the service enables the beneficiary to book and organize his health appointments from anywhere and at any time via «Sehhaty» app. This will enable him to preserve his time and cancel the appointment in case he is unable to be present on time, and therefore provide an opportunity for another beneficiary to benefit from the vacant appointment slot. The other features of the service include booking and managing appointments, cancelling and rescheduling them, knowing the clinics providing the service, searching for the nearest healthcare center that provides the required service, choosing a treating doctor and getting an appointment reminder via text message.
