The Ministry of Health (MOH) has reiterated its call for taking two doses of COVID-19 vaccine to prevent variants and protect against complications of the virus, Allah willing, highlighting the importance of scheduling the appointments currently available at all vaccination centers across the Kingdom.
According to MOH's latest statistics, 75 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been recorded in the Kingdom over the past 24 hours; thus bringing the total number to 546,067 confirmed cases, including 2,295 active cases and 481 critical cases.
In addition, 66 new recoveries have been recorded, bringing the total number to 535,144 recoveries. Also, 5 new deaths have been reported; bringing the total deaths to 8,628, May Allah bestow His mercy upon them.
MOH has also advised everyone to contact 937-Service Center for any consultation and inquiries around the clock, obtaining reliable health information and services, as well as knowing the latest development of COVID-19.
