The Ministry of Health (MOH) stated that COVID-19 mutations are rapidly spreading, highlighting the importance of getting fully vaccinated to control these mutations. Also, MOH has called all people to adhere to precautionary measures, highlighting that appointments for getting the vaccine can be scheduled via «Sehhaty» or «Tawakkalna» Apps.
According to MOH's latest statistics, 766 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been recorded in the Kingdom over the past 24 hours; thus bringing the total number to 536,693 confirmed cases, including 9,404 active cases and 1,387 critical cases.
In addition, 1,532 new recoveries have been recorded, bringing the total number to 518,911 recoveries. Also, 12 new deaths have been reported; bringing the total deaths to 8,378, May Allah bestow His mercy upon them.
MOH has also advised everyone to contact 937-Service Center for any consultation and inquiries around the clock, obtaining reliable health information and services, as well as knowing the latest development of COVID-19.
