As a part of the precautionary measures to prevent COVID-19 and curb its spread, the health cluster in Al-Qassim region has launched a qualitative initiative to deliver medications to the diabetics at their homes in Buraidah.
According to the health cluster, the Diabetes and Endocrine Center in Buraidah communicates with the beneficiaries through consulting clinics to provide them with medications at their place of residence, without the need to visit the center, in cooperation with the Saudi Post. It said that virtual clinics will be run by 4 consultant doctors specialized in diabetes and endocrinology for adults four times a week.
