The Ministry of Health (MOH) has prepared the seasonal hospital of Jadidat Arar Border crossing with 50-bed capacity to serve pilgrims. The hospital includes two separate sections: for men and women respectively. It also features general clinics, and support medical services, with a cutting-edge lab to help doctors provide healthcare checks for ambulatory cases to serve pilgrims - the guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. The hospital also incorporates emergency, impatient, ICU, pharmacy sections, as well as a health control center to offer necessary preventive and vaccination services.
MOH has equipped the hospital with medical appliances and highly trained professionals, including 56 administrative and specialized staff working 24/7. In addition, the hospital has 3 ambulances, including a highly advanced ICU ambulance with a spacious cabin, an ECMO machine, an ultra capacity battery to operate all appliances in case of the car breakdown, as well as all ambulatory devices and medications.
