He went on to extend deepest thanks and appreciation to his highness the emir of Kwuait Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, May Allah protect him, for his royal auspices and constant encouragement for the Award, and to his highness Sheikh Salim Al-Ali Al-Sabah, the Chief of the National Guard, May Allah protect him, praying Allah to perpetuate the bliss of health and wellness upon them. This is through cooperation among the different governmental sectors in the general and private sectors. He likewise extended immense congratulations and blessings to the Minister of Health and the information technology and communications staff, especially those managing the portal and e-transactions, adding that this award is nothing but added accomplishment we take pride on achieving it, and encourages us to stay the course and exert more efforts; in order to make the MOH be at the forefront in the entire fields, in a manner that casts the MOH and country in a bright image.
In a similar fashion, engineer Rayan AlFayez, the Director of the MOH portal and e-transactions, remarked that earning his highness Sheikh Salem Al-Ali Al-Sabah Informatics Award is the result of conscientious work and steady efforts to meet the objectives and requirements of the MOH Portal users. In other words, the MOH portal earning of this award is a mirror to the Saudi government's efforts meant for upgrading its e-services. As such, the MOH does its utmost efforts in its quest for transferring to the governmental e-transactions; to deliver all its services electrically and make them virtually-based not paper-based. This in turn contributes to improving and raising the quality and performance what it delivers in terms of services ranging from health to educational ones, which were crowned by the MOH portal earning many awards.
Still, engineer AbdulElah AlTaweel, the Assistant Director of the Portal and e-transactions, expressed his overwhelming happiness about the MOH portal earning of this prestigious award, adding that this would not have achieved if it had not been for the integrity of all the efforts of the MOH information  technology and communications departments during the last period. Further, he singled out those working for the information technology and communications with thanks, calling on them to exert more efforts to translate a great deal of our aspirations of the MOH's official. This is along with focusing on the ongoing development, with the aim of drawing on the latest in the world of information technology.
