The Minister of Health Dr. Hamad bin Abdullah Al-Mane shall head the Saudi delegation participating in the 66th conference of the GCC health ministers, which will be held in the Yemeni Capital Sanaa on 8th and 9th Feb 2009, said MOH official spokesman Dr. Khalid M. Al-Marghalani.
He said the delegation includes the MOH Deputy Minister for Planning and Development Dr. Obeid Al-Obeid, the Assistant Deputy Minister for Preventive Medicine Dr. Khalid Al-Zahrani, the Director General of Health Centers Dr. Isam Al-Ghamdi, the Director General of Medical and Pharmaceutical Licensees Dr. Ali Al-Zawawi, the Director General of Medical Commissions and Health Offices Abroad Dr. Khalid Al-Husain, the Director General of Medical Supply Dr. Ahmed Al-Musailahi, and the consultant of the Deputy Minister for Executive Affairs Mr. Hasan Al-Fakhiri.
He said the conference will discuss a number of issues on its agenda, including a technical paper on primary health care and family medicine.
