The Minister of Health Dr. Hamad bin Abdullah Al-Mane said MOH participation in the activities of the National Festival For Heritage and Culture in Janadria comes in line with the roles carried out by MOH at all preventive, therapeutic, and health awareness levels. He depicted Janadria as a national occasion in which the depth of our glorious history merges with the bright presence and promising future.

He said he has ordered all MOH facilities to participate effectively in Janadria 23 in order to highlight the significant achievements of the Ministry of Health and provide sample medical and health awareness services to the visitors of the festival.

He said MOH is participating by a booth where visitors will get information through pamphlets and large display screens on MOH facilities, community health problems, and stages of development of health services in the Kingdom. Governmental as well as private health centers will also provide sample therapeutic services. Other activities include health awareness competitions, gifts and prizes of health connotation such as thermometers and first aid packages, a program on organ transplantation, dental services, a program on maternity and childhood, a program on diabetes and pressure, a program on blood donation, and a program on the hazardous effects of smoking.
