In conformity with the High Decree whereby smoking has been prohibited at governmental departments and public establishments, the Ministry of Health has issued a circulation requesting all users of government vehicles to abide from smoking while on board the vehicles. The circulation warned vehicle drivers who are accustomed to smoking during driving that strict measurements shall be applicable on violators.
