28 November 2007
The Supervisor of the Center of Forensic Medicine and Deaths Affairs in Riyadh Dr. Saeed bin Ghurm Al-Ghamdi said the center has received 335 death cases, 244 males and 81 females, during last month.  Deaths occurring due to the traffic accidents have been 55 cases.

He said a committee has been formed for looking into the situations of the charitable ablution units for unifying work procedures and determining their numbers, capacities, and manpower capabilities. Arrangements have been made for removing the obstacles confronting their works for the purpose of providing the best services.

"The ablution units, whether governmental or charitable, provide their services freely", he said. "The ablution vans carry the corpses from the hospitals to the ablution units and from there to the nearest cemeteries".
