The Ministry of Health (MoH) has unveiled the outcomes of its public e-consultation aimed at reshaping women’s health services on the Sehhaty app. Conducted over a ten-day period starting October 27th, 2025, the consultation represents a key step in MoH’s ongoing mission to elevate women’s healthcare experiences and deliver more responsive, high-quality digital health services.
Driven by valuable community feedback, the results pave the way for a redesigned women’s health journey through a single, unified interface that simplifies access and enhances usability. The consultation also led to significant enhancements in newborn screening services, allowing parents to follow up on their children’s tests, receive results instantly once released, and download official reports directly through the app.
This initiative underscores MoH’s commitment to meaningful community engagement and user-centered digital innovation, ensuring that health services evolve in line with the real needs of women and families, while advancing efficiency and service excellence in support of Saudi Vision 2030 and a vibrant, healthy society.
