The Ministry of Health announced the results of the survey it recently conducted on public preferences about the best way to follow up on child vaccinations in the Sehhaty app. The results showed that most participants (67.4%) prefer to combine receiving notifications about vaccinations and reviewing the vaccination plan. This reflects that most beneficiaries prefer integrated solutions that provide more than one service at the same time. Based on the results of the survey, it was decided to provide a feature to follow up on children's vaccinations that combines receiving notifications and reviewing the vaccination plan to meet the needs of beneficiaries and improve their experience.
