Register on the Ministry of Health Employment Website.

1. Create an account on the MOH Employment Website by visiting the link of the Ministry home page (moh.gov.sa) and clicking on Register Today. If you have previously created an account on the portal, enter your email and password and log in.
2. In case of new registeration, you will be asked to populate the fields that appear on the screen. Fill in them and click Verify.
3. Enter the phone number starting with the country code. You will receive a verification message on the entered mobile number. Enter it in the OPT field, then press the Verify Code button.

Create an account

Upload the correct attachments and documents. This enables you to apply for the job correctly. To ensure this, the following points must be taken into account:

• Attach the CV in one of the following formats: JPG, DOC, PDF.
• The file size does not exceed 3 MB.
• Attach the qualifications and classification of the authority.
• Experiences must be written from the beginning of the experience to its end, and the experience dates must match the GOSI certificate, and each facility must be shown separately.

Personal Date

1. Personal data must be verified and entered correctly.

Qualifications and skills

The rest of the documents are added here (qualifications, experience, classification, etc.).

Mandatory inputs for graduates within the Kingdom:

1. The qualification must be attached and the qualification details must be entered on the platform, which are (qualification type, specialization, year of graduation, country of graduation, cumulative GPA).
2. Classification of the Commission must be attached.
3. Experience must be attached from wage periods and work certificate based on experience gained taking into account the introduction from the older date to the more recent date.

Mandatory inputs for graduates outside the Kingdom: 

1. ​The qualification must be attached and the qualification details must be entered on the platform, which are (qualification type, specialization, graduation year, graduation country, cumulative GPA and GPA Calculator). 
2. The academic record must be attached.
3. The GPA calculator must be attached. If it is not available, you can obtain it by registering on the Jadara website.
4. By clicking on the Add Another Document button, you can attach all the required documents.
5. You must choose a file name that is related to the content of the file. Example: When choosing the file type, you must choose a copy of the qualification.
6. Mandatory qualification details must be entered, namely type of qualification, date of graduation, name of institution, country of graduation.
7. A complete GPA calculator report must be added for graduates from outside the Kingdom. 

Experiences:

All experiences must be added, adhering to the dates recorded in GOSI certificate, and adding a work certificate or a certificate for each experience. Experiences must be arranged from oldest to newest, noting that if you are employed, the date on which you applied must be entered on the platform.

Apply for a job advertisement

After filling in the previous fields, click on the jobs field, then click on the available jobs, choose the date of the job announcement, then click on the Go button.

Available ads will appear based on your selection, then click on “Apply job now”.

You must review the previous data and ensure its accuracy before clicking Next.

Workplace Desires

The applicant's appropriate dersires are entered, and be sure to add all available desires, so that the desires cannot be modified after completing the application.Then move to the last step to confirm the application.

Confirm Application and Committment

It is recommended to review the data before confirming the application so that you are not excluded due to an error in the data or forgetting important information.Once you confirm your good conduct and click on the confirm button, you have completed the registration process. Congratulations.

Application Follow-Ups

The applicant can know the status of his/her application by clicking on the jobs field and then on the jobs applied for.

Application Withdrawel

If the applicant wants to withdraw an old application and wishes to modify the attachments, click on the Jobs box, then the jobs applied for, then click on the job application details and choose the option to withdraw the job application.

 You must enter the reason for withdrawing the application, then click submit.
