Our approach for developing the deliverable reports is driven by an integrated methodology offering well-established project management, consulting services, technical delivery frameworks and methods. These methods provide the framework for managing the project team and helping to keep the project on track. IBM's project management methods address key management concerns and potential impacts to scope, schedule, and cost, and are designed to provide the identified deliverable Materials.   • Team and Infrastructure – Obtaining and maintaining the people, space and equipment necessary for successful completion
  • Stakeholders – Identifying, informing and influencing all impacted individuals/groups
  • Risks and Issues – Identifying, managing and communicating risks and issues
  • Work and Schedule – Establishing and agreeing on the deliverables, and managing and producing them to the plan
  • Business Benefits – Tracking that planned business benefits are realised
  • Delivery Organisation Benefits – Ensuring that the implementation organisations have the right objectives and these are attained
