The Minister of Health, Eng. Fahd bin Abdul Rahman AlJalajel, visited Al-Qunfudhah Governorate, where he inspected workflow of health projects, to ensure the quality of their performance in serving the citizen.
The Minister started his tour at South Al-Qunfudhah General Hospital, then the new Health Affairs Headquarters where he was briefed on their health services and the progress of work in all departments. Then he went to visit Al-Qunfudhah General Hospital, accompanied by the Governor of Al-Qunfudhah, Muhammad bin Abdulaziz Al-Qabaa, where the health services provided by Al-Qunfudhah Health Partners of health associations (Labas, Zamzam, Ibtsm) were reviewed.
He attended a meeting with citizens where he listened to their opinions and comments about the general health performance in the governorate.
The Minister also visited Al-Sharqiya Primary Health Care Center to ensure the progress of work and services provided to citizens. He then visited the Crisis and Disaster Center and the Engineering Affairs Building under development, which is one of the development and improvement projects in Al-Qunfudhah Health.
The visit of the Minister to Al-Qunfudhah reflects the interest of the wise leadership in providing the best health services to beneficiaries in all regions of the Kingdom, to achieve integrated and comprehensive health care in the context of the transformation of the health sector, in line with Saudi Vision 2030, and to ensure the quality and efficiency of health services provided as well.
