According to Makkah Healthcare Cluster, the Ministry of Health (MOH), in collaboration with «Lean» Business Services Company, has activated the e-health system at affiliated healthcare centers, and completed the first phase of the system at 50 healthcare centers.
It is worth mentioning that this step comes within the efforts carried out by the Information Technology and Digital Services Executive Department, and the Public Health Executive Department; to achieve transformation goals. Also, the system contributes to facilitating the service of patients and health practitioners, raising the quality and coherence of data, and assisting decision makers. The system is linked to government health systems, such as Central Appointment System «Mawid», Sick Leave System, National Immunization Registry, «Wasfaty» System, National Health Information Center, and the National Health Observatory «Marsad».
