According to Qassim Health Affairs, during the last quarter of 2021, the Region's hospitals have conducted 13,966 surgical operations, with 10,952 at public hospitals and 3,014 at private hospitals. The surgeries were performed under different specialties, including obstetrics surgeries, general surgeries, ENT, urology, eye, orthopedic, brain and nerve, and vascular surgeries.
