The Ministry of Health (MOH) has obtained the ISO 20000 Information Technology Services Management System Quality Certificate, which is accredited by the International Standards Authority.
This certificate comes in view of the successes achieved by MOH in developing its services and keeping pace with the digital transformation process that it has adopted in accordance with the international specifications and standards. It has relied on them for organizing and completing operations, developing skills and staff working in the field of information technology management, as well as automating the IT major operations and procedures.
