According to Al-Qassim Health Affairs, over the first quarter of this year (2021), Al-Qassim hospitals have performed 6,127,537 lab tests, with 5,900,220 tests at public hospitals and 227,317 at private hospitals.
It is noted that these lab tests featured various types of medical testing at the blood bank, hematology department, hemoglobin electrophoresis department, cellular examination department, routine chemistry department, special chemistry department, hormones department, immunology department, serology department, histocompatibility department, microbiology department, and histology department, in addition to other lab tests.
