The first batch of physicians obtaining the Diabetes Fellowship, approved by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS), has commenced to train at the Endocrinology and Diabetes Center of Hira General Hospital. It is worth mentioning that the center has met all SCFHS’s requirements and criteria for fellowship programs.
“The accreditation of Diabetes Fellowship Program reflects the hospital's efforts in boosting the fellowship programs in the medical specialties, as well as supporting the scientific and graduate programs. Those programs aim to improve the physicians’ efficiency, avail their outputs to develop medical teams in accordance with the best international standards, and improve the quality of medical services provided to patients,” stated the Affairs.
