In continuation of the Health Facilities Infection Control General Department's efforts and in collaboration with the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention "Weqaya", MOH has launched before yesterday an infection control diploma program (the 4th batch), with the participation of 72 trainees from across the Kingdom. The program, under the supervision of the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCHS), featured an introductory program of clinical supervisors at MOH's training facilities. The program is implemented in three parts throughout the school year, including theoretical training and intensive practical training, at 7 training centers across the Kingdom in Riyadh, Qassim, Hail, Asir, Jazan, Madinah, in addition to Jeddah Province, with the supervision of an elite of infection control specialists.
