His Excellency the Minister of Health, Dr. Muhammad bin Ali Alhayaza, has issued a resolution approving the Private Health Institutions Law and its Executive Regulation, pursuant to Article (32) of the Private Health Institutions Law, issued by virtue of the Royal Decree No (M/40) dated 3/11/1423 H, upon which the Minister of Health is entitled to issue the Executive Regulation of the Private Health Institution Law. The resolution stipulates cancelation of any previous resolutions issued in this regard.
Within the same vein, Dr. Alhayaza has given his orders to the concerned parties, to put the aforementioned resolution into effect and work accordingly starting from its release date, 10/03/1436H, and to be published in the official newspaper.
