The Minister of Health Dr. Hamad bin Abdullah Al-Mane directed relative officials to coordinate with private hospitals to provide the services of delivery and intensive care to adults and newborns in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam. The step comes in response to the directions of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. It is also the aim of MOH to provide high quality services and cover the shortage of ICU beds in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam.
He also directed relative officials to set the necessary procedures and policies for facilitating the use of ICU beds for those who need.
