It is a service provided by MOH that allows some citizens and residents a permanent or temporary exemption of the COVID-19 vaccine. This exemption must be based on medical reports that get reviewed by the concerned committee to be approved.
Service requirements:
- Verify accuracy of the entered data; entering false or inaccurate information may result in rejecting the vaccination request;
- To apply for the service, you should hold a national ID, or a resident ID;
- Entered documents must be in PDF format (maximum size: 1MB);
- A new request can’t be submitted if another request is in progress;
- The competent medical committee shall have the right to reject any request, or impose additional requirements as appropriate.
