Request for Vaccine Approval in the Kingdom

​​​The service enables citizens and residents to submit requests for registering COVID-19 vaccines, approved in the Kingdom but taken abroad, on the Ministry of Health's systems, particularly "Sehhaty" Platform.​

Prerequisites:
  • Making sure the data entered is correct and accurate; as entering wrong data may lead to rejection of application.
  • A national ID or resident ID is required to process the application.
  • ​The entered documents must be in PDF format, not exceeding (1 MB) in size.
  • Making sure the certificate conforms to the following requirements:
  1. Personal data must be shown in the certificate.
  2. The certificate must be in Arabic, English, or French, or a certified translation into Arabic.
  3. The certificate must clearly state the vaccine name, date, and batch number.
  • The documents to be attached are a copy of passport and a copy of vaccination certificate.
  • It is not allowed to submit a new application if you have an existing one.

The Vaccines Approved in the Kingdom:
  1. Pfizer-BioNTech.
  2. Moderna.
  3. Oxford-AstraZeneca.
  4. Janssen.
  • Those who do not have a national identity or a resident identity (Saudi residency) and want to visit the Kingdom can register their vaccine online via «Muqeem» portal.
  • The Medical Committee reserves the right to reject any application submitted, or to enforce any additional requirements, as it deems appropriate, after reviewing it.
