Citizens Voice

Citizen Voice Service is considered a significant interactive channel through which the public can express their opinions directly to Ministry’s officials. This service includes forums for thanks, suggestions, inquiries and complaints. The last two forms are sent only to registered users. Citizens Voice forums must cover serious issues and may not contain any inappropriate language.
