Reception Unit


  • Following up public applications by their numbers and keeping them informed without going to the official in charge of incoming and outgoing in the Office.
  • Coordinating with the General Manager of the Office to schedule meetings between the Minister and the public.
  • Receiving phone calls from the public during the week, following up their requests, keeping them updated and scheduling appointments for them in accordance with the Minister’s directives.
  • Informing the public about any changes in the Minister’s agenda due to travelling or other important matters.
  • Following-up media materials about the Ministry's activities, analyzing and classifying them to be presented to the Minister by the Public Relations Manager and the General Manager of the Office.  Meetings with the public usually take place in the afternoon.
