Accounting and Fund Unit

Organizational Reporting Structure:
Reports to the Department of Administrative Affairs.

General Objective:
In charge of all accounting and financial affairs of the personnel in the Office of the Minister.

Tasks:

  • Supervising all accounting and financial aspects related to the Office of the Minister.
  • Preparing salary sheets for personnel in the Office of the Minister in coordination with the Employee Affairs Department.
  • Preparing detachments in coordination with the Employee Affairs Department to complete financial procedures.
  • Preparing salaries for the personnel in the Office of the Minister in coordination with the Employee Affairs Department.
  • Coordinating with other departments in the Ministry.
  • Supervising the stocks of publications and other materials related to the Office of the Minister.
  • Making expenditures in accordance with office requirements and applicable regulations.
  • Saving information, salary sheets and resolutions of the personnel in the Office.
  • Performing any other assigned task.
