Department of Incoming

Organizational Reporting Structure:
Reports to the Department of Administrative Communication.

General Objective:
In charge of the Office’s various incoming works and handing them to the concerned authorities.


  • Receiving and sorting incoming correspondences.
  • Receiving and reviewing official correspondences and telegrams as well as taking the appropriate procedures related to the incomplete ones.
  • Entering incoming transactions’ data via computer, classifying them according to their priority, importance and urgency and handing them over to the General Manager of the Office.
  • Referring incoming correspondence to the concerned department after being presented.
  • Informing the Follow-up Unit with the transactions in need of follow-up.
  • Receiving and sending correspondences (via fax).
  • Supervising, assigning tasks and guiding the personnel working in the Office of the Minister.
  • Performing any other assigned tasks.
