According to the Ministry of Health (MOH), a mobile field hospital has been equipped in the holy sites to raise the level of readiness in case of emergencies for serving pilgrims during their performance of Hajj rituals in Arafat.
The hospital provides its health services through 100 medical staff, including physicians, nurses, and consultants, in Arafat and in areas of needs.
It is noted that the hospital, with a 50-bed capacity, including 4 ICU beds, provides an intensive care services for critical cases and emergencies. The hospital has been equipped with necessary equipment for emergencies, in addition to departments of laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and a mobile operating room.
