MOH Reports New 6 Corona Cases in Jeddah

Within the framework of the epidemiological surveillance work, and the ongoing follow-up done by the Ministry of Health for the CoronaVirus causing the Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS-CoV), it announces registering new sixMERS CoV-related cases in Jeddah.
The first case relates to 53-year-old resident, and he died, May Allah have mercy upon them. The second case involves a 49-year-old citizen; he is being treated in the intensive care unit, May Allah make them recover. The third case has to do with a citizen at the age of 60, working in the health field, and his condition is stable. The fourth case concerns a 26-year-old resident working in the health field, with no MERS CoV-related symptoms. The fifth case pertains to a 38-year-old resident who has mingled with a confirmed case, with noMERS CoV-related symptoms. The last case is for a 13-year-oldresident who mingled with a confirmed case, with no MERS CoV-related symptoms.
