Mr. Hassan Al-Fakhr has extended his deepest and loftiest thanks and gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Muqran bin Abdulaziz, and His Royal Highness the Deputy Crown Prince Muhammad bin Naif, May Allah protect them, for the valuable trust they bestowed upon him by promoting him to 15th grade by virtue of the Cabinet's resolution issued during its meeting last Monday.
It didn’t escape Dr. Al-Fakhri’s notice to extend his thanks and gratitude to His Excellency the Acting Minister of Health, Mr. Muhammad bin Abdul-Malik Al ash-Shaikh, for his continuous support, meanwhile praying for Almighty Allah to guide him to serve his religion, his sovereign, and his homeland, as well as its noble people.
