25 March 2015
The Ministry of Health (MOH), represented by the Information and Communication Technology (ICT), has launched on its e-portal two employment services: one provided for by the Civil Service Regulation, and the other pertaining to the Self-Employment Program.

This service enables persons wishing to work for the MOH to submit their employment applications through the system without need to attend in person to the Ministry’s headquarter. Thus, once the MOH announces its need for employment via its external Portal, then job applicants can create accounts at the Portal and submit their applications thereon.

Moreover, the employment process could be totally completed electronically. This service also contacts with the user via e-mail or SMSs.

On the other hand, the ICT has finalized the e-Transfer Service for its civil-service employees. The service is so easy as it allows the employee to submit his/her transfer request and select the desired transfer destination (region and division). Requesters will have to attaching the approval of their respective department through the system. In addition, they can follow-up the status of their request at any time.

The system calculates score to determine transfer priority according to the approved standards to ensure equality amid all MOH staff.

The system, also, includes the feature of transfer by exchange in case posts are not already reserved, thus increasing the opportunities of transferring the employees and achieving their wishes.

The ICT, in collaboration with the Personnel Affairs General Department, is seeking to continuously develop the Transfer System for civil servants.
