Based on its approved exceptional internal e-transfer movement, the Ministry of Health (MOH) has issued a collective transfer resolution for 1465 fe/male employees.
This resolution comes within the framework of the MOH’s keenness to achieve the principles of justice and transparency amid its employees, those willing to be transferred internally within the region or between health affairs general directorates. Transfer criteria and mechanism have been implemented via an automated system, which obliges those willing to transfer to abide by and act accordingly, meanwhile achieving the right of distributive justice among all employees.
It is worth mentioning that this mechanism has been circulated to all health affairs general directorates throughout the Kingdom’s regions and governorates, which were asked to inform their employees and affiliated departments of this mechanism to tightly stick to it, as well as submitting their transfer requests via
the MOH’s Portal.
