• Responsible for 270+ public MOH hospitals (with a total capacity of 40,000 beds), Rehabilitation Services, Home Healthcare serving 50,000+ patients, Mental Health Services, Radiology, Pharmaceutical Services, Nurses (90,000+), Forensic Medicine, Nutrition, and the Emergency & Disaster Planning Readiness.  
• Chairman of the Board of the National Center for Alternative and Complementary Medicine that oversees all the practice of alternative and complimentary medicine in both public and private sectors in the Kingdom.  
• ​Head of the Pharmaceutical and Therapeutic Committee, in charge of all medication and therapeutic purchasing and credentialing in MOH.  
• Board member, the National Health Endowment fund. 
• Board member, King Abdullah Medical City, Makkah.  (2017 - 2018)

• Chairman, Ministry of Health Hospital Commissioning Committee, in charge of opening new hospitals across the Kingdom.

• Head of the MOH Committee for Rewarding Excellence and Achievements. 
• Member of the Health Nudge Team, headed by HE the Minister of Health, and in charge of incorporating cutting edge behavioral psychology and nudging techniques in influencing consumer and health practitioners behavior. 

• Successfully achieved the operation of multiple hospitals and units.  
• Initiated multiple projects and task forces to improve essential health services in the Kingdom. These included Home Care, Rehabilitation, Blood Banks, Emergency Care, Maternal & Infant Mortality.  
• Heavily involved in building the Ministry of Health Capability & Talent pipeline through Leadership recruitment, Talent Management & Succession Planning and Talent Acquisition.  

• Transformed the Medical Care Services into a Clinical Teaching Unit (CTU) meeting the most up-to-date international standards. Used negotiation, influencing & team engagement to overcome resistance in place for many years.  A CTU provides superior patient outcomes and training & educational standards. 
• Treated complex patients in both inpatient and outpatient units with excellent outcomes. 
• Trained medical residents and Fellows and supervised research and quality improvement projects in different phases of their training. Educated medical students in all levels of Medical school.
